For over 20 years, Daniel G. Berry has concentrated his law practice in the areas of criminal defense, DUI defense and real estate. In those 20+ years of practicing law, Daniel has tried over 250 cases throughout Northern Illinois with much success. These cases have included, but are not limited to, jury trials wherein Daniel's clients were accused of murder, burglary, assault, battery and driving under the influence. With respect to his real estate practice, Daniel has conducted over 3000 closings and has handled all types of litigation relating to the real estate industry. Daniel attended Loyola University of Chicago and graduated Cum Laude with degrees in Economics and Political Science. Daniel then attended John Marshall Law School where he finished in the top 10%% of his class and graduated Cum Laude. At John Marshall, Daniel was also a member of the Law Review and The Order of John Marshall. Daniel is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
